مشكلة عدم وجود صوت عند التسجيل

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة 

اقتنيت هاتف A73 5G بعد NOTE 9 

والهاتف لايوجد به مدخل 3.5 

حاليا بعد ما اشبك الهاتف بالتايب سي و بسيارتي واقوم بالتصوير او تسجيل صوتي عالواتساب لايوجد الا صوت هواء لكن صوتي غير موجود هل هناك حل للمشكلة ؟

Test your mobile from samsung members App. Check if the audio test comes ok !

I did the test and it works without problems but when I register WhatsApp or Snapchat it does not work although the validity of the mic is activated

Do you have SS for the msg comes in whats app or snapchat ?

Also change the headphone
Or take cutton stick and clean the jack from inside .

It is not a headphone. I connect the phone with a 3.5 cable to the Type C in my car, and when recording a sound, only the sound of air appears, but my voice does not appear

O hoo 🤦🏻‍♂️
Whenever you use any audio cable the phone kic switched to wired mic which is build-in the headset.
The AUX cable you use in car does not have mic and neither the car's mic will catch your voice for recording.
So connect your phone to car via Bluetooth or unplug the car's aux cable when you record something.

هو تقريبا ماحد فهم مشكلتي
انا كان معي نوت ٩ وكنت اشبكه في السياره عن طريق وصلة AUX
وكان الصوت يظهر في تسجيل السناب و الواتساب
الان اشبك بسلك التايب سي صوتي مايظهر فقط هواء
