2. in which country are you using it

جالاكسى Aunfortunately after we checked the IMEI number it showed that the device was originally purchased from KSA , as we kindly recommend you to check the following to update your device please
1. try to remove the sim card from your phone and search for available updates
2. download Samsung smart switch on both your PC and smart phone and open the app on your PC to check if the update is available
3. perform factory reset and try to update it again
