In my opinion, of course S21 that because S series are always better than Note series especially at that one s21 which can be a " Note " phone not at all but it did it !
Plus S21 can zoom to 100 X " Space zoom " and take my opinion, 100 X zoom is a fantastic something which make S21 more wonderful

Yes Bro I know I always use Samsung especially note I had note 4 and note 10 plus that's why I needed an advice if I will go for note 20 ultra or S21 ultra or I will wait for the new note but unfortunately there will no be any more note series.
