samsung galaxy note 10 causing pain in my head and my ears

Hello,

I bought galaxy (note 10) 2 days ago and everytime I make calls or answer phone calls I feel pain in my head and my ears , my head feel like numb , any one had the same issue .

Note: I have 2 active sim card in sim tray

I had experience the same thing with my old phone , if I keep talking for long time , I feel some pain in my ear after some while, and I think it because the microwaves,
