When i bought my mobile in addition to the orginal buds. Since one month, i found the quality of hearing during call is not good and usually disconnect them to complete my call. This issue increased specially when my Samsung watch is connected in the same time... thanks and seeks your advice/support.

Try connecting the buds to the watch so the calls could be received thru the watch using the buds

Connect with the charging cable
Wait 7 seconds
And then
First, go to the Galaxy Wearable app and open it on your Galaxy phone
Galaxy Buds+: Tap on Watch Settings, tap Reset, then tap Reset again to confirm
