me samsung original type c to usb adapter suddenly it no longer works as shown in the video 

but it still working on other devices and I try a USB flash memory type c and it works normally on my phone 

how can I fix it?

they checked the phone and the adapter
both work perfectly
so they tell me its maybe software or ned to replace Charging base
so I'm confused the phone just work perfectly I'm using flash memory type c
its just not recognized the adapter
