one ui 2.5 update

It's supposed to get one ui 2.5 update with September security update to my Galaxy note 10 plus, but till now i didn't get it for some reason, Samsung was and still a terrible update supporter.

As a big fan to Samsung it's very disappointing for me to have such an annoying situation
