note8 auto restart problem

when i try to unlock my note8 sometimes it's say for your safety enter pin then you can use the fingerprint scanner is that mean its restarted automatically

مرات من اترك الجهاز فترة من اريد افتحه بالبصمة تضهر عبارة لحمايتك أدخل رمز pin هل هذا يعني بان جهاز قام بإعادة التشغيل تلقائيا

اذا قمت بظغط البصمة اكثر من مرة ولايفتح الجهاز تظهر لك رمز pin
