I keep clearing my background apps and sleep some apps, but it didn't help. Then when the battery drained why do I have to wait for 1.46 hour for 3300 mlA battery to charge. Feels disappointed. All day with my cable

I have the same issue. talked to Samsung live chat , there only reco is to factory reset the phone. I didn't do that yet
