note 20 ultra heat 🔥 and battery 🔋 drains

The phone heat up with slightest use and reach max heat when you use camera 📷 or play games 🎮 🤔 😒 

And battery drains very much rapidly .. you have to charge it twice daily 

Shame on my 21000 egp investment 

Samsung must do some emergency software updates to solve the issue.

As reviewed below your issue is common now, and Samsung have to fix it fast by urgent update.

Also my advice is to use dark mode and limit your functions like mobile data if you currently connected via WiFi, Bluetooth if there is no smart ⌚, etc..
Also keep applications not working on background. All this procedures will keep your battery 🔋 working more efficiently and avoid heat 🔥.

I'm sure that not the way to treat with a flag ship mobile but its a temporary way till software issues fixed.

such a disappointment for my investment too and the display is way less vivid than the s20 series...the colors are faded as reported by many. if those issues don't get fixed soon then an selling this piece of junk

the mobile is getting heated severely and I had to replace it with another one
the second is getting heated too
should I get my money back and forget about note 20

Samsung Daily application may cause the sudden battery drain and device’s overheating.
According to this, Samsung released an improved version to address issues of Samsung Daily application.
to the latest version(V4.2.02.01 or later) from Galaxy Store.
After updating, please restart your device.
