I bought note 20 ultra  on 23/8 I used phone for 15 days and I found A change in part of the screen brightness on 6/9 so I went to samsung service center branch on 7/9 and they received my phone and told me that they will check device ... till this moment my phone didn't finished and the important point here how come new device used only for 15 days with factory defect not replaced with new one I bought phone for 5499 sar to be repaired after 15 days of use 
I think its my fault to give my confidence on company not care about there valuable customers

First we are sorry to hear that dear but don't worry as you have already submitted your device to an authorized service center so the device will be checked by the technician and if there's any factory defect in god forbid we will take an action and follow Samsung polices and instruction
