If you open Samsung Members app & go to the lower end You'll find "Get Help" Click on it Go to "Diagnose" & check you battery This could tell you what the problem is quicker than anything else 🙂
- Turn power saving mode on - Put unused apps to sleep by going through settings - device care - battery- background usage limits - Be sure your device is running the latest update
battery consumption will increase when you use certain features or apps , such as GPS,games, or the internet
make sure that power saving mode is enabled
check the battery drainage for each app by going to settings-device care - battery
as you can put unused apps to sleep by going to settings-device care-battery-background usage limit
If you want to use battery longer, please change the refresh rate option if you want from Settings - Display - Motion smoothness - Switch Standard on.
Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->Battery).
