make sure that the app is on the last update
make sure to turn off data saver if you are using mobile data
turn off power saving mode
and try to clear data and cache from the device settings-apps-select the app-storage -clear cache and data
check app permissions :Settings -Apps -Select the issued application - Permissions -Location : Allow all the time
make sure that the app is not one of the sleeping apps
and from the device settings-locations-App permissions: View the list of apps that have permission to access the device’s location and edit the permission settings.
and also from the device settings-locations - Improve accuracy: Set the device to use the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth feature to increase the
accuracy of your location information, even when the features are deactivated.
