Hi

I bought Note 20 Ultra and I switched my regular SIM to eSIM from mobily provider.

Everything I try to activate the eSIM I get this error from the phone:

Sim card busy. Try later

Now I'm stuck, I can't get my old sim back and I can't add the esim due the error.

rest the network setting then add eSim again and be sure about you do not add another sim in the device also be sure your device connected to good wifi to activate the e SIM

now it's not from the mobile try to call your service provider they will solve this issue.
you can also try to choose from sim manager off all other sim cards also try to use the QR code not the activation code

thanks for the swift response. I followed the steps, still the same error.

remove physical sim, reset, reboot, try again. same issue same error

did you face the same issue?

I tried all that, turned off sims, reset network, scan qrcode, called mobily. same error

the only thing left is to go their branch and fight with them to restore my physical sim or fix the esim

restore the physical one then wait until the next update which may be next few days 😊

dear make sure that your device is up to date 

try to check with the service provider and also with the service center 

also try to reset the device settings by the following : settings - general management - reset - reset the device settings 

also try to restart your device in the safe mode

I went to the service provider and they said its Samsung issue coz iPhone users never had issues activating eSIM from mobily.

I updated my device to the latest version, I made the reset, restart same error.

I think this is a bug and hope to escalate the issue to the development team. The main idea of the eSIM is to smooth the process of activating the service not to go through long troubleshooting steps and try this and that.
