With this new update the phone works like an old phone with old OS ...all apps are delayed in opening most of time apps doesnt work properly having issues with battery and performance of the phone....thinking to down grade the software and go back to one ui 2.5 is more batter and stable...really not expected this from samsung😡😡😡😡😡😡

Follow these steps :

1. Turn off your device completely.
2. Connect your device to the laptop via USB (not to the charger)
3. Wait until the message that the device is being charged appears
4. Press and hold down the volume up and then power buttons and hold them until you see the splash screen.
5. Recovery menu should appear
6. from there select "Wipe cache partition" (you can navigate using volume up/down buttons and confirm with a power button)

no need for laptop or charger , just connect your Samsung head phone , It works very well.

in my case , power off your device , connect head phone , volume up + power on , it takes me direct to recovery mode ( Galaxy s20 )
