YouTube can not be minimize after new update 7 march on note 8

                        before update I can minimize you tube in short screen in the corner and was able to open otheres  apps while watching YouTube to minimize in the corner.after new update this future is not any more kindly help.

your fruitful response will be highly appreciated.

That was Picture in Picture mode and believe that it's still in Pie update too
