I've bought the Note 20 ultra only yesterday. The phone is always hot and the battery drains like crazy, goes down to 65% in 3 hours with minimal use. 

This is gonna be my last Samsung device because they keep selling us the burning Exynos chips.

I want a refund or the Snapdragon version!!!

no way, my phone lasting for 24 hours with normal use and 24/24 bluetooth and NFC check any thing related with bixby and disable it
i sure it will help

kindly follow the below steps:

Keep the device updated with the latest software

Conflicts between running apps may cause the device to heat up. Restart the device.

Deactivate the Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth features when not using them.

Close apps that increase battery consumption or that run in the background when
not in use.

Delete unnecessary files or unused apps

Decrease the screen brightness.

battery consumption will increase when you use certain features or apps , such as GPS,games, or the internet

make sure that power saving mode is enabled

check the battery drainage for each app by going to settings-device care - battery

as you can put unused apps to sleep by going to settings-device care-battery-tap 3 dots -tap on sleeping apps -add the apps you want

really? Are you really asking me to disable all these features from the ULTRA phone you sold!!? You are asking me to cripple the Note 20 ultra for the battery to survive one day! 😂

Any phone would live long if you disable such features. I'd be better off buying an A series instead!!!

You should have called my device for inspection to make sure it is not a manufacturing issue!
