Samsung wireless charger pad

Hello all 

I have Samsung wireless charger pad for my Galaxy Note 10+ , when I put the phone on the pad it said " fast charging wirelessly " and it took more than 3 hours. I couldn't know what is the problem!!? 

Could anyone help with this issue!!?

ده طبيعي لان الشحن اللاسلكي ابطئ من السلك ولو مش شحن لاسلكي سريع هيقعد يشحن اكتر من 5 ساعات
