Hi there! I've seen a lot of people complain about Saudi Arabia phone versions with Samsung Pay not working. The simple answer is, YES, Samsung Pay is not available in Saudi Arabia at the moment and will never be available yet until the foreseeable future. You'll probably see people post here in the forum, too, saying that their handsets have an active and working Samsung Pay. Technically possible since Samsung Pay works as an NFC, but the real reason why those who claim they have it probably got their reasons wrong. The simplest reason we can come up with is that the person might have gotten his handset from another country where Samsung Pay is available: United Arab Emirates or South Africa in this case. It could also be that the got his handset from other regions like America, Germany, Vietnam, or Singapore.

Hope this clears some confusion.

PS: there is a workaround here if you really want to get Samsung Pay without havint to fly to another country to get a Samsung handset: flushing your handset with a firmware from countries where Samsung Pay is available. Take care of this procedure as it might brick your phone and make your Samsung Knox break.

hi @J4lal! It's probably because your device, Samsung A10S, don't have NFC —the technology used behind both the Mada Pay and the Samsung Pay. Your device should have NFC built in on the app for it to work.
