Object eraser distort images

After the last android 13 update , i noticed a deterioration in photo quality after using object eraser ,images become pixelated and low quality after editing it with the eraser !, this problem didn't exist before and it worked perfectly fine before the update !! , is there a fix to this problem ? I want my excellent object eraser back ! 

N.b samsung photo editor and system are up to date

we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

Settings – Backup and reset - Factory data reset.

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
