Note 4 Battery

I have samsung galaxy note 4 and I want to know why my battery keep lose charge so quickly even thought I but a brand new original authenticated one and I am not a heavy user only check Facebook and that all I put all my apps on always  save power mode but still.

Please any advise.

suggests you check on some apps on the phone device care to know the apps eating more power

I did that already and removed those apps and still the apps I have already now consumes only 2%

oh sorry to hear that, I will like you back up your files and other and have it factory reset, i believe that will help too

thank you so much but belive me I did that too and in the beginning seems the charge is ok and fine but after 2 or 3 days will start again lose the charge so fast
