My Samsung note 20 ultra is over heating when using camera for around 5 minutes. To cool down my phone I have to turn off my phone. Even after installing the latest update on 15 Oct 2020 still my phone is heating only during camera use.
Please support and help will be highly appreciated.
contacted the help center and they advised that after update, reset the device to default factory settings and it will solve the issue. and I think it kinda solved the issue. it not heating now
