Not 10 lite

I can't make or receive calls when my network settings is set on LTE but it works when i change it to 3G?

please check for update via :settings>software update>download and install then  press and hold on volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds
and try another sim card the  go to settings > general management > reset > reset network

if the issue still there back up your data and then perform a factory reset from settings > general management > reset > factory reset
