Noise during calling handsfree

I need your advice regarding an issue I'm facing. When I use handsfree during calls, my voice is not clear to the other person, and they can hear background conversations, including voices of people sitting near me.

Please advise how to fix this.

While on call scroll down notification bar and in MIC MODE select voice focus instead of standard

You can get that when you are calling someone. And lower the notification bar
