No extract text on Note 10 lite

Why there is no extract text button on Note 10 lite 

Text extract not present when I take screenshot 

Not present on samsung keyboard 

Not present on gallery

Only present on gallery by using Bixby vision.which requires internet connection 

Why such important simple feature Not present

So.sad for this missing feature
