My Disappointing Experience with Samsung Mobile Service and Support in Suly, Iraq

 

 

As a long-time Samsung user, I expected excellent service and support when I needed help with my device. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Samsung mobile service and support in Suly, Iraq, left me deeply dissatisfied.

 

My issue began with my smartphone's battery starting to show signs of wear and tear. Concerned about potential safety hazards such as battery swelling, I promptly contacted Samsung's customer service in Suly to request a replacement battery.

 

Despite my urgency and the well-known risks of a swollen battery, the service team in Suly failed to provide me with a replacement. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the battery was out of stock and there was no estimated date for its availability. This lack of support was both alarming and concerning.

 

I followed up with Samsung several times, hoping for a resolution, but the process dragged on without any tangible progress. After 16 days, the battery requested from the Suly office had still not been received from the Erbil office, adding to my frustration. In the meantime, my phone's battery continued to deteriorate, raising serious concerns about my device's safety and functionality.

 

Eventually, the battery did swell, posing a serious risk. Left with no other choice, I have to purchase a new device from a different manufacturer. The ordeal left me with a sour taste and a significant sense of disappointment in Samsung's service.

 

In conclusion, my experience with Samsung's mobile service and support in Suly, Iraq, has been far from satisfactory. Their inability to provide a critical replacement part in a timely manner has made me reconsider my future loyalty to the brand.
