Missing Features after last system update

Galaxy Note 8 Android 9

- Directly swipe down from top corners to open the app in pop up view

- Pen window feature in S pen air commands

- Swap button for the current multi window apps

More to add..
I really dont know why samsung downgrades phone features with updates .. i will try to downgrade again in a while.

these features are shifted to the good lock app. you can download it from play store as nice lock app and activate the features you want
