Issues with: Fingerprint, Ubdates

1st: I have a problem with the fingerprint, every time I press to access to the fingerprint, it tells me: "Fingerprint Sensor Calibration."

2nd: MyUI version is5.1, and the other phones are 7.1 so I guess that is the reason why my security update isn't good and the fingerprint problem.

So I typed Costumer Services on setting and didn't find results. And asked Bixby and it didn't help me either.

So if someone know something could you please help.



My phone brand is:Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite.

Regarding updates, the latest one ui update is 7.0
Your phone has stopped getting updates since last year, so you won't get any updates

Regarding the fingerprint sensor, it is not related to the updates that the phone gets
Try to delete all added fingerprints and re-add them
