Issues on samsung Note 10 plus after last update

Hi,
After installing last update of 1 sep 2021 on my Samsung note 10 plus there are some issues appeared

1- Network issues even when the mobile network is full , can't hear whomever I call
2- Sometimes sound disconnected through the call
3- While charging phone gets hot 🔥 

Please need any solutions for these issues

I recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps:-
Settings – Backup and reset - Factory data reset.
Ensure all user data is backed up using the following methods:-
1. Connect the phone to the PC via USB cable, and then manually copy files from the removable disk to you r PC hard disk drive.
2. Download and install smart switch from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup 
http://www.samsung.com/eg/support/smartswitch/
3. Insert an SD card and move files from the device internal memory to the SD card.
Kindly note that only Images, Contacts, calendar, videos and Audio files are backed up, all applications and text messages will be erased.

You can visit the nearest Samsung service center and they will be able to help you

Why should I make a factory reset for the mobile if it was working OK before your last update,
You should figure a way to make something like downgrade the update not to tell me make a factory reset.

If I made this factory reset the phone still downloading the last update which has the same issues I have now.

Please if it is any help to downgrade this update

It is not possible to restore an old software version
We ask you to do a device reset
