I can't update My android for galaxy Note 20 Altra 

[Future2Day]

Do the following steps:
1. Chech the status of the Official Software via this App "Samsung Members": Main Interface - Support - Diagnostics - The Official Software - Retry (It Should Be Normal)
2. Check the Status Of KNOX via Downloaing an app from Playstore such https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bryancandi.knoxcheck (It Should Be 0x0)

and if your device from out of Egypt please go to the service center to check the software update and make full assist
