Hotspot not working anymore Note 10+

After Android 10, One UI 2 upgrade on my Note 10+, the hotspot is failing to start (it was working perfectly before).

I've done alot trying to fix it with no use: different SIMs, different hotspot settings, network reset, cache wipe, hard restart, ...

Please help me!
