Having issue in whatssap notification sound

Dear team, i,m receiving messages in same time messages are not delayed i,m having issue with notification sound i,m receiving messages without notification sound when i receiving messages from WhatsApp there's no sound no vibration 📳

From Whatsapp - tap three dots at the right-top corner - settings - notifications - turn on conversation tones

And don't forget to set notification tones from same page
