مشكلة عدم مقدرة علي فتح ال hard reset موجودة عندي أنا فقط ولا عند الجميع

Dear colleagues i couldn't make hard reset for my galaxy S20 ultra 5G ..it gives a message PDP backup failure..and its rebooting ..its snapdragon

even i connect the earphone i couldn't do hard reset..is there any new steps to do ?

you must connect it to a laptop or PC
