Galaxy Note 9 doesn't update to Android 10

I live in Egypt and I have a Galaxy Note 9, purchased from UAE.

It doesn't update to Android 10, although it updated to Android 9.0 normally before!

Any workarounds?!

the update will be available for all devices in egypt in january.and there is new update for it by android 10
