Dear Samsung
I was a huge Samsung fan, most of my home devices and all of my phones are Samsung, but I'm really really disappointed. Last January my Galaxy Watch failed all of a sudden, the touch became unresponsive and tried every troubleshoot I found and nothing worked. Today my Note 9 all of a sudden while I was using it gave me the infamous green screen. By the way both the phone and the watch are in mint conditions without a scratch, I take care of my stuff really well, no falls or bumps NOTHING.
I'm really really disappointed with you.
