battery consumption will increase when you use certain features or apps , such as GPS,games, or the internet
make sure that power saving mode is enabled
check the battery drainage for each app by going to settings-device care - battery
as you can put unused apps to sleep by going to settings-device care-battery-tap 3 dots -tap on sleeping apps -add the apps you want
Disable Apps that Sync Constantly and you can use Bixby routine
Use a Task Manager to see what Always Running
Disable Animated Wallpaper.
for fingerprint : Are you using a screen protector? unofficial, scratched or dirty screen protectors may cause the fingerprint sensor to malfunction. Try removing or cleaning the screen protector.
try removing and then registering your fingerprint again.
Open the Settings app-Tap Biometics and Security-Tap Fingerprints-Enter your PIN, -pattern or password
Tap the registered fingerprint-Tap Remove-Tap Remove again to confirm-Tap Add fingerprint
Follow the on-screen instructions to register your fingerprint again
you can activate touch sensitivity by the following steps : settings-display-touch sensitivity
