Dolby Atmos( note 10 plus )

Yesterday i face a small problem with Dolby Atmos.

I tried to to click on it to activate it , it remained closed . And i tried several times , and nothing happened. 

So i restart the phone , then it work .

So can any one tell me what happened and is it a big problem,  and what cause any thing like that.
