I sent my note 20 ultra for repair to jarir and they formatted my phone. Is there any solution to recover my photos and videos. Please help

Did you take backup using Onedrive, Google drive or Smartswitch app ? If not, can you check Google photos app?

It's not showing anything. There is no photo.
Other back up is showing some audio files.

Unfortunately, there is no way to restore your photos, you should've taken a backup before sending your phone to Jarir !
