Change country in Samsung Account

Since I moved to Germany I'm trying to change the country in my Samsung account under profile info but the option is grayed out and I'm unable to change it.

I sent a request to the support but no answer. Any ideas?

It is not available to change the original account country , try to create a new one based on your new location and Sim card .
Something related with the available services and apps for each country .
