I can't access to Bixby with Bixby key but when I press Bixby key it takes me to Bixby Home.

but doesn't listen to the commands

Holding Bixby buttin do nothing, fast press go to Bixby home.

i think this happened because oreo 8 update is coming to note 8 in a few days but am not sire

i contacted online customer support they didn't say about any update they told me to format my phone and try. when this didn't work they said contact our near by technician

what is this sign for? this is always present at the top along with the alarm... it came after the update of oreo in s8 plus and my bixby voice is also not working. can anybody help me.

This sign meaning( data saver ) is Enabled on oreo update
the sign is changed after oreo update

my bixby also is not working eventhough i didn't make the update...i thought it will be ok after i update it. But still the same...😭 what's happening?! 🤔
