I have note 20 ultra. The battery runs out from 85% to 15 in less than 11 hours. I had many smart phone brands. The last one for example was realme note 7 pro and its battery performance was much greater than this, at least the same amount of battery usage would last for at least 16 hours with the same usage of the phone. The others was even better than my note. Let me be honest. The only phone that I had the same issue with was, guess what?, It was Samsung too. Galaxy s3 did the same with me and it was my first cell phone. And now, I purchased one of the most expensive, flag ship cell phone to suffer from its battery. It's so weird that I've done the built-in tests and it confimed me that my battery was and still in good condition. So what am I supposed to expect after 1 or 2 years of battery wear???
I'm so disappointed with paying a lot of money with that weak and bad battery performance.

I recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps:-
Settings – Backup and reset - Factory data reset.
Ensure all user data is backed up using the following methods:-
1. Connect the phone to the PC via USB cable, and then manually copy files from the removable disk to you r PC hard disk drive.
2. Download and install smart switch from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup

3. Insert an SD card and move files from the device internal memory to the SD card.
Kindly note that only Images, Contacts, calendar, videos and Audio files are backed up, all applications and text messages will be erased.
