Based on your inquiry regarding the update
Please do a restart of the device first

To reset the pen, open Settings, then find and select the S Pen. Tap the S Pen again, then tap the S Pen Remote or Air Actions, then tap More Options (the three vertical dots). Tap Reset S Pen and wait for the S Pen to reset itself

 :Then test the pen by writing the following code in the contacts

* # 0 * # :dial 

Tap "Test Wacom" or S Pen, then move the S Pen across the network one at a time. The grid will turn to another color

If the screen color changes during the test, please perform a factory reset of the device
Settings - General management - Restore - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase all

Before starting this step, please copy the phone data. It can be stored through the following link for the Samsung smart switch program

If the screen color does not change during the test, I ask your permission to visit us at the nearest maintenance center so that the device can be examined and the problem resolved for you.
