After the latest update my Galaxy Note play store does not update application

Hello Samsung experts 
After the latest update, October 2024, I'm facing issue that Google Play does not update applications, adding on this that there are some application does not want to be installed, 

I'm very disappointed of what is happening and I don't find a solution I tried, to uninstall Google Play updates and Google Play services updates clear caches and clear memory restarting phone without success. 

I still should a lot of a solution but I couldn't find anything. 

Is any solution to solve this I'm really very disappointed from my mobile, I have some application that I purchased and I cannot use because I couldn't download it or update.

I recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps:-
Settings – Backup and reset - Factory data reset.
Ensure all user data is backed up using the following methods:-
1. Connect the phone to the PC via USB cable, and then manually copy files from the removable disk to you r PC hard disk drive.
2. Download and install smart switch from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup

3. Insert an SD card and move files from the device internal memory to the SD card.
Kindly note that only Images, Contacts, calendar, videos and Audio files are backed up, all applications and text messages will be erased.
