After last update for the Clock on Note 20 Ultra. Alarm icon doesn't drop out of the status bar. Does anybody be fallen that similar case on smartphone ?

make sure to delete all alarms 

try to clear the cache from the device settings-apps-select the app-storage-clear cache and data

did you use goodlock app or nice or fine lock ?

check your device in the safe mode

if you still face the same issue then try to wipe cache partition from the recovery mode
