مشكلة غريبة

صباح الخير سامسونج فانز..

سؤال غريب شوية : معايا موبايل Note 10 Lite وعندي الكاميرا الامامية بتظهر هالة سودة كدا وبتظهر وتختفي حوالين الكاميرا.. دا ليها اوبشن ولا دا بيكون ايه وصورتها فيديو بسيط لكن مش عارف ابعته هنا..

دي بتظهر لما الكاميرا الاماميه بتشتغل ولما تفتح الموبايل بالوجه ودي في كل الموبايلات مش مشكله يعني

اعتقد دي مشكلة سوفت وير محتاجه تتحل في الابديت اللي جاي
الكاميرا طول الوقت متحفزه تلقط بصمة وجه عشان تفتح اللوك حتى لو الموبايل مفتوح

استأذنك تشوف المشكله بتاعتي بخصوص النوت ده لسه منزلاها من شويه
عشان لو مش موجوده عند حضرتك يبقى هحتاج ارجعه انا لسه شارياه مكملتش شهر

FYI this not a software problem, actually this is not a problem at all.
this a smart software option used to be known as " smart stay " this option allows your mobile to stay awake longer while not touching the screen or using it.
this by detecting your face using the front camera.
By default Samsung phones now come with this feature and you can disable it.
For further illustration to make sure that you got this well.
let's say you set your on screen time for 30 seconds and you are reading a long article on your phone which might take more than 30 seconds so your phone automatically uses the camera detecting your face and keep your screen awake longer than 30 seconds sometimes the phone fails to detect your face either your not holding the phone in a position that the camera is able to detect your face or any other condition blocking the detection of the camera so the phone automatically closes the display.
