I have note 10+ 5g and haven't received the update as yet.
Game over, changing to Huawei mate, where they have some respect to us in Saudi Arabia

Yeah good luck changing to a phone with no Google services lol.
Also if you don't care about the S Pen why did you buy the Note?

+ it's late because it's a 5G version. the 4G already got it a while ago. and that happens with every phone including OnePlus.

Google services installation in Huawei new devices takes 5 minutes, in case you don't know.
I bought it for the 5g, yet it is the basic version of 5g not as the one in Huawei.
