الشحن اللاسلكي في نوت 10+

السلام عليكم، اليوم اشتريت جوال جالكسي نوت 10+

 لكن للأسف الشحن اللاسلكي لا يعمل، ذهبت للإعدادات 

لكن لم أتمكن من تفعيلها، ما العمل؟

I just bought my new Galaxy Note10+

But I couldn't enable the wireless charging!!!

There is no option in under Device care/ Battery / charging , from the settings menu!

What should I do?
