why i can't used my secure folder, My Knox, Samsung Health?
My J7 pro was bought in saudi Arabia and i used it here in philippines so i have to openlined my J7pro done by technician here so they got rooted my device to bypass and openline process.
my question is there any solution to get back my secure folder, my Knox, and samsung health to work again?
Hi ,Because you bought it from saudi arabia it works the scure folder, and my knox only in middle east ;so go to samsung branch near you and they will help you .Also you may don't have a samsung accont.As I also bought my mobile from saudi arabia it wrote on it works in middle east only ,My phone is J7 core
