Note FE - Bixby home has gone after upgrade the software to Android 8.0 (oreo)

In my galaxy note fe, the Bixby home has gone after upgrade the software to Android version 8.0 (oreo).

before upgrade it was available by swiping the screen from left side.

how can we get it back?

hold anywhere in the home page , then swipe left to bixby home and activate it

I had this same before upgrade the Android versio. but only after upgrade the software to Android version 8.0, it has gone. even if I swipe left also it is not available.
