I have 2 Samsung devices (A13 & S23 Ultra) and both phones have same Samsung account logged in simultaneously, for galaxy store in A13 have all themes & wallpapers are free but in S23 ultra most the items are paid.
please check for update via :settings>software update>download and install ,then go to Settings> Applications, then find the app, choose Storage, and clear cache
This is the wrong what you explained I searched online & the answer is simple "its all connected to mobile sim card and depends on country network operators"
